Phil Przybylinski - Owner
Phil founded Phil’s Design & Build on a simple principle: do the work right and stand behind it. With over a decade of hands-on experience and five years in business, he delivers residential and commercial renovations built with craftsmanship, honesty, and clear communication. When he’s not on a jobsite, he’s answering to Greta, the company’s unofficial supervisor, who makes sure standards stay high and the workday includes at least a little humor.
Greta - Jobsite Supervisor
Greta is Phil’s full-time jobsite supervisor and part-time morale officer. While Phil handles the renovations, Greta focuses on quality control, snack inspections, and making sure no one works too hard without taking a break. She has 100% approval ratings, zero tolerance for shortcuts, and a strict policy that all projects must include at least one belly rub. Around here, if Greta’s happy, the job’s done right.
